That some one would be the U of CO at Colorado Springs. It was on a tip sheet, either in their handbook or a handout, I'm not sure which. It also included suggestions like vomit on your attacker or tell him you have your period or a disease, or take your shoes off and run. They pulled it after it went viral and they were made to look like the fools they are.
