I think the better move would to be stop funding to members of Congress until they can pass a budget.
It's not Obama's job to make the budget. That's the job of Congress. If you are going to suggest we stop Obama's pay because congress cannot create a budget why not suggest we stop everyone's pay that is payed by the government?
