A friend shared this video on Facebook this morning. Thoughts?
I think it was a good video. People do need to wake up to what we are putting in our bodies.

I agree. I think that the idea that we are killing ourselves through a processed diet is a powerful one, and one that not many people really think about.
I love this video :)
And I still hear people say they don't care or don't really feel the need to change their eating habits. The people I hear this from are people who (generally) do have access and ability to buy healthy and whole food. :/ I don't get it. I'm not perfect, but we're really trying, and I certainly care.
I only got through a bit, the beat was annoying, but I love message.
Yet several people on this board who complain about the food and what is in it, smoke.
I don't understand that.

I can. Good health is a journey. Nobody is perfect. I don't think having one unhealthy habit makes it wrong to point out what is in our food. I've never smoked, but I understand that nicotine addiction can be really hard to overcome.

True.
Food addiction, too, really (from additives and whatnot).
The 'journey' part is spot on. Learn, acknowledge, then do your best to make real changes.
