Well it is getting close to summer and I am dreading the swimsuite!!  haha

I have been hearing a lot about it on the radio and just can't believe it.  You know the "if it seems to good to be true"   So has anyone tried it & what were the results.

Nope. I don't try those things that are "quick fixes" I find them to be extremely unhealthy and some are dangerous.

If there were a quick fix, we'd all look like supermodels.

There is no magic pill, no magic drink.

Eat healthy and move.

I don't have to try it to know it will not work i the long run. Any diet that restricts your diet choices is doomed to failure. I went from over 300 lbs to less then 200 simply by following these rules: (My wait has stayed the same for 16 years now)

I eat when and ONLY WHEN I'm hungry

I eat what I want (If I want cheesecake for breakfast that's what I have. this allows you to indulge your cravings which is what sabotages most diets.)

I drink water when I think I'm hyungrey (many times you don't understand the signals your body gives you) and then I wait an hour before I eat something.

I only eat 1 slice, piece, portion. I then wait an hour to see if I'm still hungry.

I graze throughout the day eating small portions and I do not allow the clock to decide my meal times.

I do not allow the "charts" to decide what is the correct weight for me. I decide based on how I feel.
