What are your thoughts on New Wave Feminist? Basically, they are pro-life feminists.

Can it be possible for someone to be actively be/vote against abortion (a woman's right), and be a feminist as well?

I don't mean someone who is personally against abortion, but doesn't care what others do. I am talking about women who are against abortion being legal, which takes away a womans right to terminate an unwanted pregnancy, but say they are for womens rights, a feminist.

It's all  irrelevant  to me.  I don't do `labels'.  I am who i am, and not, nor will I ever be some duck in a row.

I don't believe that any one label fits any two people. Therefore, the question is invalid.

Because they have chosen to identify themselves as feminists.

What are you anti-choice now?

Quoting autodidact:

how can a question be narrow minded? I am ASKING in what way they are feminist.

Quoting Billiejeens:

I'm saying don't be so narrow minded.

Quoting autodidact:

no, it's not. I asked what makes them feminists, you assumed I'm saying being pro-life disqualifies them from the title.

Quoting Billiejeens:

Of course it is, you just don't like the answer.

Quoting autodidact:

what do you mean? it just DID.

that's not an answer to what I asked.

Quoting Billiejeens:

Chances are very slim that will ever happen, I'll let you know if it does.

Probably the same way that Christians that support  SSM are  Christians.

I can call you smart, but that doesn't make it true.

Susan B. Anthony (hardly a "new wave feminist")

In her publication The Revolution, was written:

"Guilty? Yes. No matter what the motive, love of ease, or a desire to save from suffering the unborn innocent, the woman is awfully guilty who commits the deed. It will burden her conscience in life, it will burden her soul in death; But oh, thrice guilty is he who drove her to the desperation which impelled her to the crime!"
Abortion was referred to as "child murder."

I love how people who believe feminism is about letting women think and choose for themselves think that some women can't be feminists because they would dare think differently than they

Hard to quantify "smart" or "feminist"

Smarter than some,  clearly not as smart as others.

Not in my mind. Feminism is about choices. Anti-choice is the antithesis of feminism.

No, I really don't think so.

This webisite linked is only concerned with pro-life, there is nothing else on there about feminism except the name.  So they aren't feminists, merely another anti-choice group.
