Do you think men should have a right to choose whether his child is aborted?

If a woman says she wants to abort, but the father of the baby wants to raise the child himself, should he be able to?

No, unless he is capable of carrying the child to term himself.

Does he have uterus? Until he gets one, I am uncomfortable with a man's right being equal too that of the woman who would have to gestate the potential infant in her body.

If she doesn't want it and he takes on the full responsibility of raising that child, why shouldn't he?

No, when it comes to a man sex is the impled agreement to have a child with that woman. Don't want to have a baby with her don't sleep with her. The only other option a man has is to agree to adoption if the woman agrees to it.

When he can carry the baby he can make decisions for what he is willing to do with his body.

Should I get to decide that you must give up an organ?  Should I have the final say on if you risk your life for another?  Ultimately these decisions fall to the person that assumes the risk, not the person who has no risk to their person.

Quoting JoshRachelsMAMA:

Because gestating a baby can have life long (and in some cases, ending) physical consequences for the mother-
