I am sick of partisan politics and extremities in the sides.....A split ticket could be helpful in my opinion.

I know this pairing has a very slim chance of actually happening.....But let's just say it did for the sake of debate.

What are your thoughts?

I would definitely vote for Hillary, but I can't stand Christie! As long as he was the VP candidate, I would probably vote for them.

Christie is second to NOBODY! so that won;t ever happen.

I believe you are probably correct...but I can speculate:)

IDK if he could carry a national ticket as the top runner as much as he would like to think he can.

PS. I think he has done a great job too!

Quoting romalove:

There is no way Christie would be second banana to anyone that I can think of, and to think he would cross parties to do it for Hillary is truly unthinkable.

He is an alpha dog, and wants to be the alpha dog.

I think he believes he has a shot to be President, so no reason to be VP.

p.s.  I will vote for him, I'm a NJ resident who thinks he's done a great job

I can't see Christie ever running as VP--honestly, I don't think it would be a good fit for him even if he chose to do it. Hillary, perhaps though I think she would prefer to be the person in charge also.

Not sure if I would vote for Hillary yet or not--I'll see how Benghazi plays out. Christie is one of the few Republican names being thrown around that I would consider at the moment.

I'm in PA, very close to NJ. When he first won, I thought he was a bully but I've come around on him. My friends who are teachers in NJ hate him. He may be one of the few who can go across party lines. I felt bad when the Repubs blamed him for Romney's loss, it wasn't fair. Always loved Hilary so she would have my vote.

Hillary deserves to be retired from politics.

Like I said... I stand by my opinion.

Quoting ashellbell:

What about countries that have/had female presidents? What about states with female governors? They seem to be responded to rather well.

Quoting jean_marie1987:

Neither. It's really a dumb reason, but I stand by it- people respond better to men. Unfortunately, that's just the way it is. Maybe in the future a woman would have a better chance, but not now. Then again, I'd love to be proven wrong (not sure if Hilary is the right one though).

I disagree with a woman (any woman) as president.

going crazywhy...because they "get their periods" ? Or because they should be a wife and mother ONLY?
