People have compared it to looking at Chernobyl.

What are your thoughts?

What a shame. They'd be better off bulldozing everything in a 25 mile radius of Detroit and starting over from scratch.

It is because the businesses and banks in the town either went bankrupt or left first and then the town had nothing to support it so it succumbed.

was there no market for business's or banks?  I mean is there no hotel business needed?  I really dont get how a city can fold from a few banks and business's going elsewhere.  I really dont get why a bank would need to move from a city?

There is a picture of people being all through the streets of the buildings so I am not sure how that will affect them.
