Any abortion is murder no matter what. If someone harms a pregnant woman and thier unborn baby dies then that person is charged with murder. So all abortions should be charged as murder as well.

Third trimester abortions are illegal outside of extreme medical conditions. No, women under extreme duress do not need the added horror of being charged with murder.

IMO, there is no difference, however there are those who feel location matters and until it's seperate from the mother breathing on it's own, it's simply a fetus (notice they generally don't refer to it as a baby until after it's born).

No, that isn't always true. Depends on the state and existing laws.

If the fetus can live being born then the mother should be able to have an early birth so she know longer has to live with a  parasite.  People need to stop being hypocrites.  If you don't expect someone to allow a tapeworm to live with in their body then you cannot expect them to live with any other parasite.  A fetus drains a mother of vitamins and nutrients. Women have been able to induce miscarriages which could constitute as abortions since women have been getting pregnant.  There are many herbal remedies to induce a miscarriage.

What she said.

From what I have read 3rd trimester abortions are extremely rare and due to severe medical issues in a very wanted baby or serious issues with the mothers health.

Most states have laws against aborting after 20-24 weeks.

Thank God......it's Friday!!!

no, those that have late term abortions and almost always doing so because there is a health risk to themselves or a life threatening problem with the baby.  Often the baby is not viable/alive due to those health issues.

This again, is the red herring of the prolife movement.  Women aren't not opting to terminate pregnancies in the third trimester because they are simply inconvenient or unwanted.
