Since many good artists do a consult first, likely people wait longer anyway. Also, most good artists won't do it if you're intoxicated. I don't see this as that big of a deal.

I think this is a good idea. And everyone needs to think about getting a tattoo.Especially if they are drunk or high. ;)
Think about the impression you give to others , your image, before you get a tattoo.

Yes...BC this is a serious problem that needs immediate legislation. That off the chain murder rate in D.C. can wait! People are regretting tattoos over here. TATTOOS PEOPLE. omg...it's HORRIBLE.

I don't have an issue with this. But I spend a lot of time before getting a tattoo looking at artist and shops its something permeant and I want it to look amazing and I want a good clean shop.
