This is a short, five minute video that shows how we think the weath is distributed and compares it to how it really IS distributed. Are you wrong in how you think the wealth is shared?

*not feeling quite so middle class anymore*

http://www.utrend.tv/v/9-out-of-10-americans-are-completely-wrong-about-this-mind-blowing-fact/

From the website:

9 Out Of 10 Americans Are Completely Wrong About This Mind-Blowing Fact

This pretty much speaks for itself. At 1:05, I get a rude awakening. At 1:41, he starts talking about you. At 2:24, he says a bad word. At 3:50, he kind of breaks my brain. At 4:50, he lets you know how broke you really are. At 5:20, he rubs it in. And at 5:50, he points out that reality isn't close to what we think!

Sexy If its unladylike, fattening or fun, I'm in!

Wealth isn't distributed wealth is earned.

Money is distributed, no one is ever going to become wealthy from getting others people money, they get enough to be complacent - which is sort of the point.

(didn't watch, btw)

Well dn. someone should let those politicians who receive bribes and all those corporations ran by millionaires who receive subsidies know that wealth is earned.

Wealth inequality is really horrible for society. The greater the inequality, the worse off everyone is, even those at the top. The wealthiest in inequal countries fo worse than the wealthiest in countries with greatet equality.
Something to chew on...

The question is, how do we achieve that without dis-incetivizing working hard/owning your own business/being successful?  How do you cap what a CEO of a private corporation makes?  Americans buy products that are in demand.  Those products are offered by companies who feed that demand.  Those companies put a price on how much they are willing to pay to keep their top dogs -- because other companies are right there, ready and willing, to steal top talent in a heartbeat.  Now, do I think companies who fail should pay their CEOs millions of dollars in bonuses?  No.  My company had the audacity to tell us that our top dogs were getting a huge ass bonus ... during the same meeting they explained that we don't have enough money to give any of the workers so much as a 1% raise this fiscal year.  Yeah, that pissed me off.  But I don't think that allowing the government to micromanage what companies choose to do with their earnings is a wise idea.  It is too slippery a slope.  So while I found the video very interesting and a bit eye opening, the video maker offered no solutions.

Thank you and your Socialistic/ Re-distributive/Parasitic views are worn out, trite used up, hackneyed and historically proven false.

But who's keeping score.

You're right!  Wealth is earned by taking it from someone else who worked for it and giving it to someone else. SMH
