Do you think that its a compliment?

Or is it an insult to be considered a bitch, or is it all in the context?

How far you go in life depends on your being: tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of both the weak and strong.  Because someday in life you would have been one or all of these.  GeorgeWashingtonCarver

Any time someone has called me a bitch, they were right.

I would say context. It wouldnt bother me either way though because many times I am one.

Kind of sad that we have sunk to such a new low in this country. Things like this that used to be considered undesirable are the new norm.

The word is used so loosely now it's not even derogatory anymore.

Meh, I usually reply that I'm just upholding a longstanding family tradition. ;)

Context. If it is said laughing and in the context of a situation in which I was actually standing up for myself, then no. I see it more as a compliment. Just straight up being sincerely called a bitch is an insult of course.
I would never stand for my husband calling me one.

I am just shocked when someone calls me one because it happens so rarely. I think for others, it depends on the context.
