Uniforms for Prostitutes (spin-off from "Are You A Slut? S/O")

Just an aside but, in Hamburg in Germany, they do have a uniform of a sort.   You can easily tell who the street prostitutes are, because they all wear money-changer belts!

If prostitution were legalised in America, would you support a law requiring a similar means of identification and what article of clothing do you think should be picked?   A badge?  A hat?  Get creative, give me your ideas!

I think there should be a district/s in town where streetwalkers can work, a literal red light district if you will.  A uniform isnt needed in my opinion its fairly simple to distinguish them.

How far you go in life depends on your being: tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of both the weak and strong.  Because someday in life you would have been one or all of these.  GeorgeWashingtonCarver

I would think a fanny pack would prompt more people to try and rob and possibly assault them because their money would be more easily accessible. If you are looking for a street walker, they aren't that hard to identify.

Not always. Some of the teenagers who work the stroll are taught to blend in.

I think they should be required to be registered and licensed and health checked, so I think they should have to wear a badge that shows they are licensed and healthy.

Good to go!

Around here its more about behavior, the way they approach vehicles, walk backwards lol.

There are a few areas in town where it is common for them to work.

The crappy thing is that even if it were legal and regulated, it won't stop underage females from turning tricks or any other non-compliant porstitute. Id think that all that regulation would drive up prices, especially, too, because part of the legalization process includes paying taxes. Not every potential trick necessarily wants a thousand dollar an hour escort. Some just are looking for a 'receptacle' and so the cheaper and more clandestine it's executed, the better. This however, would be bad. While I disagree with criminalizing the worlds oldest profession,I believe it would cause a huge gap in the prostitution workforce, thus making it so that the (presumably) women that are in the most dire of circumstances will fall prey to a variety of ills, including serial killers and rapists and such. But I am amusing myself thinking of undergarments that disperse change by the wearer making 'thrusting' movements. 'Twenty, forty, fifty one dollars and pow! Twenty five,Bam! fifty, and hold on, I gotta shake my ass to give pennies!" I'm a simpleton, what can I say?

They are usually the ones weearng the transarent heels, especially with a gold fish inside them.  Double props to the ones that wear a necklace or scarf to cover the Adam's Apple.
