You should be taking Tamiflu.

I just use acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Being sick sucks! Hope you feel better soon.

Tylenol.

I used to take Alka-Seltzer Cold and Flu but the last time my bp spiked so high I ended up at the ER.

I think you've been sick too long to start taking Tamiflu, at least according to their commercials.

It may be too late to be effective.

The same thing you would give your kiddos only in adult strength.  Alternate Motrin and Tylenol.

I hope you fell better quickly

I just use tylenol. Try putting your feet in warm water and an ice pack on your head.

You can take 1000mg of Tylenol and 400mg of Motrin combined to knock it out and after that just alternate meds every 4-6. Sorry you feel crummy. That blows. Also, if you have acess to a health food store and can get your hands on some Young living or doTerra Lavender oil, use that.
