So true! And Newt should be allowed to marry women & treat them like dirt but his lesbian sister shouldn't be allowed to marry women? Why exactly?

I don't get why someone would care about who some else marries.

People spend too much time in other people's business.

Don't worry.  There will be excuses for the actions of those mentioned........

Lots of people disagree with all of them.

I see you are easily fascinated. I prefer flowers, poetry, and vintage styles.

And yet are making absolutely no move to make any of the others illegal, only gay marriage. Convenient.

It would already be legal in Kansas if I had my way, but sadly we'll probably be the last state to allow it.

Bunch of prudes, seriously.

Most celebrity marriages do not last anyway.  Bad example.  Don't care who marries whom.  Just say in'.

No, it is not a bad example, it is a perfect example. Celebrity marriages are more damaging to the institution of marriage than gay marriage is. Where is the fight to make THAT illegal? Where are the protests and petitions and demands to make 72 day marriages illegal? To make cheating illegal? To make ANY of the things straight Christians often find themselves getting into illegal? How convenient that the ONE THING they can not see themselves ever doing (or at least openly admitting to doing) is miraculously and magically the ONE thing they insist be illegal because it is destroying "traditional" marriage.
