Are Americans Ready for Hostile Takeover of Washington DC?

Over the past five years of Barack Obama's socialist agenda to destroy America, more Americans are getting frustrated and angry over it. Could that anger and frustration lead Americans to go so far as to wage a hostile takeover of the federal government?

According to Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, that just may be the case.

Over the weekend, Jindal, a Republican, was speaking at a conference sponsored by the Faith and Freedom Coalition. The three day conference had an attendance of over 1,000 evangelical leaders.

Jindal spoke of a silent war being waged against our religious liberties, telling the audience:

"I can sense right now a rebellion brewing amongst these United States, where people are ready for a hostile takeover of Washington, D.C., to preserve the American Dream for our children and grandchildren."

"I am tired of the left. They say they're for tolerance, they say they respect diversity. The reality is this: They respect everybody unless you happen to disagree with them. The left is trying to silence us and I'm tired of it, I won't take it anymore."

Jindal has become more vocal with his criticisms of Obama, the Democrats and Washington politics. At the conference, he took the opportunity to poke serious fun at Obama's prisoner swap and the attack on Benghazi, saying:

"Are we witnessing right now the most radically, extremely liberal, ideological president of our entire lifetime right here in the United States of America, or are we witnessing the most incompetent president of the United States of America in the history of our lifetimes? You know, it is a difficult question. I've thought long and hard about it. Here's the only answer I've come up with, and I'm going to quote Secretary Clinton: 'What difference does it make?'"

Jindal has once again begun his posturing for a possible presidential run in 2016. He recently signed an executive order that blocks the use of any Common core tests in the state of Louisiana. He also vowed to continue to fight against the socialistic curriculum, saying:

"The federal government has no role, no right and no place dictating standards in our local schools across these 50 states of the United States of America."

One thing is for sure, he would make a much better GOP candidate than another governor by the name of Chris Christie.

Sorry I had to stop at the first sentence. Obama doesn't have a socialist agenda. He is much more republican in strategy than people seem to notice.

Yet, moving on...

Americans are very angry. They do not know where this country is going. They have little information on things presented in the MSM. They don't read enough to know the actual effects of the things they feel the need to blame. They don't understand the workings of politics. Washington has done a great job of making the public stupid. However, they have also done a great job of screwing this county over. It is not simply the scapegoat whom we elect to president who has ultimate control. This is not a dictatorship. The president really has little power. If congress wanted they could overturn anything he does and go over his head to pass stuff. We are a dysfunctional nation. We do not know what we need we only know we need something different. The federal government has every right to dictate standards to schools. But, the people need to learn to fight the issues not the people. If you want different standards then demand them.

Yes it might come down to civil unrest. It is happening all over the world. I would say for the most part we are in a half state of such. Yet, we are not organized and are too lazy for a hostile takeover and Washington knows it. We as a united people will not do it. We cannot agree on what we want. We don't know what we really need (although we think we do). We would rather be at each others throats and play the blame game than get anything done.

Hostile as in armed??  No.   I think the voters still have shown they can get rid of problem politicians they don't want.

There will be a time when the government will be too big.  This will be when most of the middle class is gone.  The lower class will have to take what the government gives them and they will not vote against them so they don't lose their free stuff.

One this happens, the country we have now, will cease to exist.

Hostile takeover by Americans? They'd have to put down their Big Macs and get off their fat asses first. I see more of a chance of this kind hostile takeover before that one.

 Hmm

I don't see a political answer, you live in California, how many election cycles would it take to turn your state around, assuming that at some point people actually realize the problem?

This...with a side of alien invasion ^^^ being more probable than a hostile American takeover ;)

At this point, I would settle for that.

If we are going to have an alien in the wh it might as well be an intelligent one.

Obama is hardly socialist and even less a liberal.

The more I hear from him the more I think Jindal is a kook
