UN Expert: We Might Have To Migrate People Out Of California If Drought Continues

if California's severe drought continues, eventually, the U.S. might have to migrate people out of California, CNBC reports.

More than half of California is currently seeing "exceptional drought" conditions. Wildfires have been ravaging the state. And water is running low. The drought is "the greatest water loss ever seen" in the state, and had already cost the state $2.2 billion.

Nope.  I love San Diego.  Drought and all.  I will take a drought over freezing temperature, sweltering heat, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.

Can we get an earthquake already?   I feel like I am going through withdrawal.

There's down sides to most areas of our country, take your pick:

Flooding

Hurricanes

Earthquakes

Drought

Forest Fires (that creep into populated areas)

Tornados

Economic Devastation (Detroit for example)

Volcanic Eruptions

Tsunamis

Avalanches

Blizzards

Hail Storms

Can you name some more? Can you name the state which has the least? Can you name the mildest place to live in our country?

It's horrible.

I hear from my family in San Diego and Central California often about the conditions.

Honestly, I could never live there again but I hope that some how Mother Nature helps this situation and sooner rather than later.

Come to Tornado Alley. They are much more entertaining to watch than droughts.
