I also live in Virginia and agree with you...I don't like being around people who are so judgemental, especially when it comes to raising your baby.  I have a 9 month old..my first. I have two friend that just had their first babies this past year. They often want to compare and contrast what their babies have "mastered" compared to mine. 

this summer, I look forward to hiking and taking my son to the lake. we will be outside a lot.  I am looking to meet other moms who have similiar interests and are laid back.

Hello Everyone! I hope Im posting in the right place. I am 32 yr young mom of one 10 yr old daughter. i am looking to make friends with all kinds of moms. New moms that I might be able to offer some advice or ideas to, moms who have been around the block a few times who can offer me some kind of ideas and advice, Single moms who wanna vent fusterations with me and young moms who are tryin to figure out how to be your age but still a respected mom. I am still unemployed since the day after Thanksgiving and Desperate to get back to work. I wouldlike it if anyone who is also fighting unemployment and the really bad economy to help me with ways and ideas of healthy ways to deal. Iam excited to network with all types of moms.
