Sec. of State Hilary Clinton saysthat "America has an insatiable appetite for drugs". Now everyone is jumping on her for telling the truth. What do you think? I brought up the idea of legalizing narcotics to my DH and he thought I was nuts. He thinks it would encourage more drug use. I think that's naive. We watch COPS and we both think that busting ppl with small amts of drugs is a waste of time/money. Do you think legalizing/taxing/regulating narcotics would curb drug violence/ save money?
