Obama's IRS chief cheated on his taxes/employed illegal immigrant

I thought given that yesterday was the deadline to file taxes, the scandal of U.S. Secretary of the Treasury (under which IRS operates) Tim Geithner not paying his taxes is relevant:

Would he had paid his taxes had Obama not nominated for the position?
