About One Cup

I decided to stat this group to help share my journey in minimalism with others. I feel that we are bogged down with too much stuff. I was reading a wonderful book called Buddha Mom by Jacqueline Kramer and she was talking about how she owned one coffee cup and how special it was because it was her only one. With dismay I thought about the mass of cups cluttering my cupboard when I only use one or two of them regularly...And so I bring you one cup. Start your journey by cutting back to one coffee cup. When you see you beautiful clear cupboard continue from there by getting rid of the excess in your life so that you can make room for peace!
