Minimalism and exercise?

I was doing a search fo rminimalist exercises- thinking exercise more like a project we could do to eliminate our stuff rather than say, push ups, but came up with several articles on minimalism and exercise on how we don't need the gym or expensive videos and equipments to get fit. I was wondering, what is everyones favorite way to exercise that doesn't involve buying or renting an object?

babywearing and the mama dance keep me in shape.  i'm not sure what i'll do when they get to big to carry.  i guess we'll spend more time outside playing chase  : )

seems like it to me!  maybe you could start carrying the baby toys on your ankles / arms, does that count?!

well lets see i have to do deep squats to pick all of their stuff up, leg lifts to walk through their stuff, jmping jacks to avoid tripping over the baby, bends to load the dishes, um lol its a full workout all day!

For me these past few months the "walk" to the mailbox has been my outdoor exercise. Between a walk and a skate, no need to buy any fancy slider equipment.

Indoors it is the eternal up and down stairs with arms loaded full.

Coming soon - the bend and stretch of hanging laundry on the washline.

Baby wearing with my sleepy wrap on the front improved my abs and my posture!  Now that I'm pregnant, chasing a 3 yr old and 1 5 month old have helped to keep the extra baby weight to a minimum.  Also, just doing a few sit-ups/push ups a few times a day is more than doing nothing!
