I vaccinated my first two children.  With my third, she started getting allergies and severe eczema from her butt to toes.  My husband and I felt prompted to start looking into vaccines because we didn't know if it would be wise to continue immunizing her.  What we found was shocking!  Please, if you want to know what it is that is being injected into your child, check out this link.  We stopped vaccinating our third, our fourth has never been and neither will our future children.

I'm not telling mothers to not vaccinate, for that is your choice, but I am at lease asking everyone to look at what is in them and decide if you want to continue letting a company, that you cannot sue if their produce harms or kills your child, having free reign with our children and what most people trust to protect their babies.

So, my question is... Did/do you vaccinate?  Did you research vaccines before you vaccinated?  If not, did you research it after?

I voted no because it wasn't until my 3rd was partially vaccinated before we started researching into vaccine ingredients and effects.

My oldest had all her vaccinations.

With my youngest though, I already had a solid, trusted doctor. The pediatrician I had chosen by then was somewhat of a naturalist. She used herbal and/or natural remedies whenever possible and very rarely prescribed chemical prescriptions. So when my littlest was born, we talked about vaccines. Personally, I am in favor of vaccinations. But i was willing to hear what the doctor had to say.

And the end result was that Taryn was selectively vaccinated. Meaning I chose which to give her and which to skip. We skipped varicella and HepB. We delayed all shots until 3 months and then gave no more than 2 per month. We almost decided against MMR but eventually decided it was okay (our concern was the egg protein, not any links to other disorders. She is egg allergic).

My ONLY vaccination concern has always been the sheer amount of them and the amount given at one time. With my oldest, I was barely 19 and she was my first- I didn't even know there was ANY choice, much less several.
