How many mothers here open carry? Concealed carry? How about your DH?

Currently, my DH open carries, but when I get my pistol, I'll be right there with him. :)

I do not open carry or concealed carry yet because I have not gone through any training classes, nor do I own a handgun (yet). I would not feel comfortable carrying until I have learned far more about proper and safe gun use. I think I'd rather carry concealed than open... too many people in our area have a "guns kill people" kind of attitude, and I would not want to deal with idiots continually pointing at me and screaming "oh my God! She's got a gun!" My husband has gone through the concealed carry training classes for our state, but didn't get a concealed carry permit since he does not yet own a handgun.
