PLEDGE FABRIC SWEEPER for pet hair

I just bought a new black & grey microsuede comforter. But one of my pooches is a white boxer who sheds a lot. Yes, I know all of the old tricks to reduce shedding, like the FURminator and such. That's not what I'm wondering.

Has anybody tried this Pledge fabric sweeper thing? Is it worth a patooty? I don't wanna rush out and buy the thing if it's just a gimmick. But damn, I don't wanna take a roll of tape to my bed every morning either.

Huge Piece of crap. I thought it would be great, I was wrong! It would be more productive to put duct tape on your hands.

I should ask too, do you have short hair or long hair pets? I know shorter hair can be harder cuz it's so prickly.

5 cats here.  It works.  But it's supposed to be thrown away when full---which would be a big waste of money---one or two uses fills it up.  My daughter figured out how to get it opened though so we can reuse it now when it's full.

Put a yellow rubber kitchen glove on your hand and wipe it over the hair. Works better and is much cheaper.

I'm not going to summarize myself in a paragraph because I'm not the kind of mother you expect me to be.
