Help with a Smell

Hi, I would like some advice for genital hygeine. Not for my child, but with me. My mom never had a talk with me about this kind of stuff so any suggestions or things you do to help keep up would be greatly appreciated.

I always have a strong odor, but I don't have any kind of infections as I have always been good about getting checkups when I started having sex and just recently went to get checked out again. I usually put baby powder and use feminine wash, but it always seems to go through my pants. It is very embarrassing and I change about 3x a day.

I know we are all adults so I would to keep this post serious enough to get some answers. Thanks.

I think I would ask my gyno.

I would ask your dr.  If you have a lot of discharge though you could wear pantyliners.  Also I use the summer's eve feminine wipes a couple times a day just to stay fresh and clean.
