Black Elderberry is a natural antiviral. Extra vitamin C and of course vitamins.

Extra B, C, and D vitamins.

I'm not going to summarize myself in a paragraph because I'm not the kind of mother you expect me to be.

Oregano Oil will help prevent and also help clear sinuses when you are stuffed up. It is potent stuff though. I put 3 drops in a tablespoon of water and  tip it back. My neighbor has been using it for years and just got me using it. I had sinus junk and it cleared it right up. Also helps prevent.

Lemons carry A LOT of vitamin C. So we normally make a tea out of lemons and Honey (also good for your body). Hubby prefers Air Born. We wash our hands all the time and avoid touching our faces. As much rest at possible. I try to get in at least an 8 hour night if I can help it.
