antibiotics and yeast infections

I was put on an antibiotic for a sinus infection, the last time I was on one I developed a yeast infection. Does anyone know what I can do to prevent getting one but still take the meds?

Take a probiotic midway between each of your doses of antibiotics.

I'm not going to summarize myself in a paragraph because I'm not the kind of mother you expect me to be.

I highly recommend the AZO yeast pills (sold with the monistat and stuff) I had an infection and decided to take them instead of doing the creams and stuff, it worked really well. They say you can take 1 a day to prevent them. I think they were 70 for about $5
