Last year a neighbor found a tent in the back of our sub full of beer, possible bong etc. The tent looked like a tent my son (16yr) had purchased from a neighbors garage sale. However, I searched my house couldn't find it and my son and dad said they had taken it up north. I thought nothing more about it. Today I find out that it was the same tent.
We had our house egged a couple times this year so I sent out an email asking if anyone else had this problem. We have also gotten things stolen from our garage. My one neighbor who is a cop asked if I thought it was related to the tent thing from last year. I told him no and explained why. He said that he and the neighbor who had sold it checked it out and it WAS the same tent he sold to my son. They had decided to keep this info to themselves. Would have been great to know!!
My son is a very good kid but he is the type that sometimes follows along. My neighbor thinks that possibly he had a falling out with these "friends" and thats why we have gotten our house egged.
Now I don't know if I should bring this up again or what?
