Do you know what Im talking about?! The fleece blankets that you cut the ends and tie two together. Do you think there would be people that would buy them from a stay at home mom trying to make some extra money, if I made them to order(size, color,ect.). I even saw some pillows that I could make to match. Anyone have any other ideas on what I could make to make some extra money?! I am really DESPERATE to make some extra money.I'm inthe spot right now that If I were to get a job I would be working to pay for daycare.SO Im trying to come up with something that I could make to make extra money without having to hire someone to watch me child.

Yes, the "No Sew" fleece blankets. I'm not sure, but it would be worth a try. Good luck to you. :-)

I have done the same thing before. Its like having a homemade blanket. And people seem to love buying them. plus they know that its helping you out. I seem to get the best deal at walmart for the blankets. good luckk

I don't know. I personally make them for my friends and my kids... so I wouldn't pay anyone and I don't accept money for them. They are just super easy to make and awesome for carseats and strollers.

You could definitely try it though.

Also to make them a little more special.. I used yarn and pulled yarn through and made little ties on one side.

I was thinking about doing small ones for like "security blanket" size, crib blanket size, Babydoll size, single, twin, full, queen and king bed size, and also pillows either couch pillow size or full bedpillow size and of course made to order sizes. Id love to do it but sont know if they are really a good enough thing to try and make and sell. Im afraid that I would make them and not be able to sell them.

it depends on what you are selling them for and also what shipping is going for as well.

how long does it take to make them? if it doesn't take very long then you could maybe let the people special order them, like pick out their own design and tell you what size they want and everything. that way you don't have a bunch of premade blankets sitting around. i think it is a great idea and good luck to you. hope it works out!!

another thing would be they can pay for the blanket they want first and that way it helps you out on going and buying the supplies.
