Do any of you have this high chair? Im looking for the model number, and the warning tag has been removed by Ds ex wife (dont ask lol) when she used it for Ds....but i need a new high chair cover and cant locate the model number

Its an evenflo and i think its an expressions one, but idk..im searching google images right now but finding nothing urgh lol
and its at least 6 years old...ODS was born in 04 and thats when BM got it
