I try not to regret and dwell on the things that happened in my past. I made a lot of mistake growing up...and I will make mistakes in the future. Its a part of life and unavoidable. But had it not been for all the mistakes I made in my past I would not be the person I am today and I would not have my very handsome baby boy.

I haven forgiven, but I have forgotten, ya know? What I can't deal with, I've just learned to not talk/think about it. That is until my husband so kindly brings it up...........

I can forgive the small things but mistakes I made raising my oldest I hve not forgiven myself for. And I was responsible for a young man dying when I was 18. I'll never be able to forgive that.

Oh course! I love myself. People all make mistakes. I am aware of that, and so is myself. However, myself DID say she didn't like it when you bring up peoples mistakes. LOL!

I have never done anything in my life that I was unable to forgive. Not that I am perfect, because I am not, I just have never done anything that required forgiveness from myself. I have sought forgiveness from God for sins, of course, and naturally I would feel forgiven.

I only have one major regret-cheatin' on a past b/f (that's how I met my hubby).  Tho, I love that I met my hubby, I regret hurtin' my ex.  I wrote him a letter and apologized and told him I understood if he didn't forgive me, but I wanted to say it.  I never see him, but I feel good about myself for apologizin'.  He also pulled a gun on me after we broke up and I had a restrainin' order against him.  I told him in the letter that I forgave him for that.  Honestly, I don't know how I forgave somethin' that major, but I just did. :D

You said it all!! Except the last sentence. I would not have anything I have now without my past. :D
