So my DH gave my 11 yr old SD a cell phone for her bday back in October. I usually check her phone just to make sure no one is sending her any inappropriate text messages. Well I was looking in her pics and she took a picture of her butt. My DH is going to talk to her when he gets home but I'm trying to figure out why she would do that......Unless she deleted her sent messages she didn't send the pic to anyone...thank god. But I don't know...I'm freaked out.

Well personally that is why I wouldn't give my 11 yr old a cell phone....no offence!!! I just think that us as parents are allowing our kids to grow up way to fast and technollogy doesn't help. Although Hubby and I only have youngins and God knows what will be available by the time they are teenagers we plan on not allowing our kids to have cell phones until they are really needed...which will only be when they start to drive. I will be the most uncool mother around and I know this but I just see how fast these little girls are and I won't be allowing that in my household....also why I am praying that this baby #3 is not a girl....I already have 2 boys and girls scare the crap out of me!!!

my 11 year old wouldnt have a phone at all ..... let alone a camera phone .... maybe a phone with no camera but she can only have it if shes going to a friends or somewere that me or her dad is not going to be other than that absolutly not .....

I sent the pic to my DH to be sure because I didn't even know whose naked butt it was...she has a birth mark so he knew it was hers.

I am with you on that! I didn't think she was old enough to have a cell phone....her father chose to give it to her. I only check it for her safety. My DD won't be having a cell phone at 11 yrs old.
