A child's blood pressure....?

Does anybody know what their child's blood pressure is? My 3yo has a heart defect but no one's ever said anything to me about high blood pressure. 2 weeks ago it was 100/70 and I freaked. I'm 120/70! When I gasped, the tech said "What? That's low"! YET, they put her on an ACE inhibitor! What's a normal BP for an almost 4yo?
