I got mine a book of sayings that kids wrote about their grandmas one year. Or a mother one might work. There are ton of books like that. Or a nice landaler to hold her casino card. If she gambles regularly, then she probably has a preferred customer card that earns her points. My MIL does bingo and I bought a bingo bag on ebay one year. Or plan a special vaction with her and your family. Even a stay cation would be nice.

I'm making my mom and MIL a cookbook with pictures of our family in it for Mother's day.  We don't have a lot of money (as in NONE) to buy presents for them... so I thought this would be a great way to let them know we love them and still have it very personal for them.

I am getting mine some flowers not sure from where. But since u said she does not decorate maybe something like a day at the spa with u, or a dinner since she likes to spend time with u guys. Something that she will enjoy and she will be able to share with you all.

Well I don't know your situation, but with me, my Grandmother died before I was born. I bought a special picture frame that reads on it "Four Generations," and had my husband photoshop a picture together of me, my mom, my Grandmother, and my two children.  As I am typing this the picture is printing; going to give it to her in just a few minutes. :)
