Another week, another 2 pounds!! That makes a grand total of 16 pounds lost! I was a little worried this week but ANY loss is okay with me. I noticed that my pants are getting a little lose and that made me feel great! My legs and upper body are all feeling stronger and some of my weird symptoms are not as bad. You know, the balance, the very weak hand/arm strength and walking funny etc. My DH said my limp is not as pronounced and I don't lock my knees when walking anymore. So maybe all I need is exercise and weight loss. Another 60 pounds to go!
good job keep up the good work i have lost 25 pounds in 14 weeks and still have 35 to go
