Shrinking clothes

Anybody have any clue the best way to shrink clothes? I have a pair of Jean shorts and some cotton capris I need to shrink. I just bought them and I've lost 12 lbs! My old ones were falling apart so I couldn't wait any longer

Wash them in hot water and dry them on high heat. If that doesn't work, go to a tailor and have them taken in.

HOT WATER and HIGH HEAT for dryer.....   My opinion though is to get them altered or use a belt until you are done losing weight.

I doubt you can shrink the jean shorts but the capris if they are 100% cotton you should be able to shrink by washing them in hot water and then drying them on the hottest cycle you have. Be sure to overdry them too. I hope this works. It always does for the ones I don't want to shrink. Lol

I don't even know the closest place to get clothes altered!  And they need to shrink all over.  I really seem to have lost it from my butt and hips but they are huge in the waist as well!
