My son is 13 months old and we are working with him on eating big food.  He doesn't like textures- pasta, cheese and eggs make him gag.  He will eat breads (pizza crust, toast, waffles), cereal (fruit loops, cheerios) and french fries.  I am looking for some recipe ideas to get some good quality foods into his diet that he might actually eat.  Thank you :)

Home bake him some sweet potato fries. They're FULL of good stuff, and they're YUMMY. All you have to do is quarter them and bake them until they're crispy on the outside. Mashed sweet potatoes are great, too...

You can buy chicken and make your own chicken nuggets (egg and flour breading). cook them in some EVOO, and they're MUCH better for baby than the pre made things...
