Do you have life insurance for yourself? If so, through which company and (if you don't mind sharing) how much do you pay monthly?

yup...cashable.  I took it out for the guardian who got my children.  I made it cashable for when they became adults so the preminums were higher than average.

I pay about 300 a year (im not american) for a cover of 750K

I have mine through State Farm it 50000 and I pay 10 dollars a month. My husband has a 500,000 life insurance policy from State Farm and he pays 50 a month but thats only because his job is considered high risk. He also has 500,000 through the military.

We have it through DH's company and pay around $10 a month for over $200,000.  I have a little through them also like $10,000 for $1 a month.
