This evening I have started to notice my skin is very hot to the touch, even after a cool shower. I am running a low grade fever. I am worried because my cysts have been bothering me and was told to go to the er i I begin to run a fever. So needless to say I am the verge of anxiety attack... At what point do I need to go in or is this totally unrelated?

I don't know mama. Take your temp and see what it is. If your doc said go in for a fever, then go in.

There should be an ER doctor on call that you should be able to call and talk to. But if you regular doctor told you to go in if you ran a fever, I would go ahead and go in.

If you are feeling that badly I'd suggest you go to the doctor a.s.a.p. If your doctors office is closed or for some reason you can't get an appointment then go to the ER. but by all means don't wait.

Turned out to be an allergic reaction to a pain med I took. I got to here I couldn't breathe and I broke out everywhere.I am ok today though, after being pumped with benadryl. So needless to say, no more darvocet for me.
