is it harder to lose weight in winter?

i run on my ellpitical every day it seems like it takes me a while to get warmed up but then i get out if breath more it seems.tips neone?

Remember we are mammals! We store more fat for winter, some peoples hair gets thicker in the winter too.

Cardio is good but 45 mins. of resistance band training is great! You burn calories for up to 6 hours afterwards!

Maybe slow the pace down, so you don't get winded and discouraged.
