I don't like it when anybody other than close family members give my son a kiss at all. They usually just kiss him on the cheek.

It might shock me a little seeing it at first,It is not meant in a perverse or romantic way though and some people just show their affection differently.I would adjust and thank my lucky stars I found a caregiver that cares that much for my child to kiss their slobber face.

hmm I wouldn't like it only because you don't know what kind of diseases that person has. =/

My husband and I do not even give our daughter kisses on the mouth. I am just do not like that. I have had other people kiss her and I have to tell them not to. Yes, I would be upset if the sitter was to do that to my child.  People have to realize the germs that they carry and could pass on to them by kissing them on the mouth. I know kids pick up germs anyway, but it is just the thought of someone kissing my child on the mouth since we do not do it ourselves.
