I'm having a serious dose of mommy blues right now. How do you mommies left your spirits when your just having issue after issue but you want to try your best to stay positive?

I go for a walk or run, listen to music, or wait til bedtime and break out my kindle and sink into a book. All of those help clear my head. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Don't lose faith! :)

I plug in the ipod, turn up the music and have a dance party with the kids! Then pour a big glass of mommy juice of course!

I sigh! A lot! For some reason the actual sighing helps me.

But then again I eat too! =(
