yes! i luved them on toast while prego! the only things you can't eat while pregnant is raw fish, and meat. and only one small can of tuna a week, b /c of the murcury in it.

they say not to eat any coldcuts cold, especially from like sub shops, b/c of possible salminilla<sp> but i always did. theres no more chance of getting while not pregnant, right? but if youre worried about it, you can heat them up real hot to kill anything that might be on it.

thats all i can think of right now.

As long as everything is cooked it's fine. Do you mean overmedium or over easy...over easy is where you only fry one side of the egg...if you mean over medium where only the yolk is left drippy...it's fine...I ate them all the time with all three of my pregnancies.

I think it's fine as long as it's not being eaten all the time. I ate them like that a few times.

I eat them over medium.  Still runny but not raw like over easy.  There is a layer of white over the yolk.  I can't eat over easy.  They aren't even flipped.
