My son has a temp of 100.1. Any suggestions what I can do?

It's a low grade fever, just keep an eye on him.  Fevers are good, they mean that your body is doing it's job and fighting infection. Keep him hydrated and comfy.

Let him be. give him some cool drinks. That jsut a elevated temp not quite a fever yet. we dont give meds unless it gets to 103.

 Let it run its course for now. A temp means the body is fighting something. Let it do what it needs to do.

This exactly.  Let the fever do it's job.  My kid's doc says leave anything under 103 alone, but treat other symptoms if necessary.

I would not give him meds yet. I would let the fever do its work. I would give meds if it gets much higher, or if he is screaming and nothing else works to keep him calm.
