boobies!!

so i know that after this pregnancy i can work out and get my body back....BUT WHAT CAN I DO TO SAVE MY BOOBS!!!! They are already small and if they get saggy they might look like a sock full of pennies... any secrets to saving my boobies????

Well I hope you don't lose them....I started pre prego at a 36 C....after pregnancy.......they were a 38 DD. I am now a 38 DDD. When I have lost weight I still have not lost my boobs. And I did breast feed for a little bit, but how they say to wrap ur boobs up when your done with it for good to dry them out, well I didn't....my back is paying for it.  lol

You need to have them constantly supported with a bra.  When you sleep wear a tight fitting sports bra to continue to support them.  I think there are exercises that can firm up the pectoral muscles under the breasts.

 Using some light weight dumbells can help too....do some chest specific exercises to help keep the surrouding muscles strong.
