Making your own potato chips?

I've been frying some corn tortilla's in oil to make some chips but would like some healthier options!

any suggestions for easy recipes?

potato slices in a dehydrator.

i love flour tortilla chips tho they are my vice. i cant eat just one so i dont make them. i just treat myself to them when we go out to a mexican restaurant.

lol yes, i ate a ton! way too much! i had some tomato basil dip for them!

Fresh beats sliced thin shake in grape seed oil and bake. No frying.

what does that taste like? i don't like beets but i'm willing to try.

 I slice potatoes very thin, cover with about 2 tbls of omega oil and a small amount of Herbamare, which is seasalt with herbs. Set on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
