I almost forgot to put on pants before taking the trash out!
I was scrubbing the tub walls and rinsing with a bucket. Some water splashed over the side and got all over my jeans so I took them off to finish cleaning the bathroom. I had the front door opened to take out the bathroom trash when the wind hit my bare legs and reminded me I forgot to put more pants on! Whoops!
What have you done that made you giggle and think "where the hell was my mind?"

I'm very happy that the trailer on the side of our front door is still empty :-)

I bought a new shirt for DD a couple weeks ago. When I got home I took the shirt off the hanger, threw the hanger in the dirty clothes basket, and threw the shirt in the trash, lol! Complete opposite of what I intended!

Haha, I've done that! The other day while making Mac n cheese I put the unused, dry pasta in the fridge and the cheese in the pantry.

Whoops! I've done that before with dishes. Scrape food in the sink and drop a plate in the trash.

I live naked... All I ever wear at home is a pair of panties... One day my son came home with his friends and I didnt know he was home... walked into the garage with a bag of stuff to take to a local charity... and damn did they get an eye full! I was so embarassed!

Yes! Thankfully! I was cooking when I did it and when I was done I needed to pour my DS a glass of milk & went WTH?? When I opened the fridge. So I started freaking & searched every where. I found it! Thank heavens.
