Recipes for kids?

I'm on the lookout for snacks that my boys can make themselves when they get old enough to WANT to make stuff but not old enough for me to trust them with a knife or stove or anything.

Microwave items are ok, and a play knife is ok.

A couple things I've come up with so far:

ants on a log

cinnamon/sugar roll ups (cinnamon, sugar, and butter on a flour tortilla, cooked in microwave for 20 seconds)
