Warm for a cold or congestion

Cold when the air is dry

I have both but prefer the warm air type. It just works better for us.

Cool air. We have itty bitty babies (3 and 14 months) don't want any accidental burns. Their pedi recommended the cool for that reason and I have no reason to go against him. Works very well both kids got sick and we they are cleaning it up really good.
